With browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, click ‘Internet Options’ in the ‘Extra’ menu.
Go to the ‘Privacy’ tab, then click ‘Advanced’.

On the ‘Privacy’ tab, make sure that ‘Use tracking protection in private windows’ is not checked.
With browser – Google Chrome

Click ‘Advanced’.
Find the ‘Privacy and security’ section and click ‘Content settings’.
Click the ‘Cookies’ option.
Now select ‘Allow sites to save and read cookie data’.
With browser – Safari
Select ‘Preferences’ from the task menu. (The task menu is situated in the top-right hand corner and looks like a cog, or click ‘Safari’ in the extensive task menu.)
Click the ‘Privacy’ tab. Find the section ‘Cookies and other website data’.
Indicate that you wish to accept cookies.

Indicate that you do not accept cookies (‘Always block’).

USER RIGHTS
